Stellar Blade Censored! Is Sony Behind This?

A recent patch to Stellar Blade has changed a lot in the game. While at first it appeared to only change some graffiti placement that people complained was offensive, it was soon discovered that outfits have been made less revealing, and gore mechanics have been diminished as well. What else has been changed that we haven't noticed yet? Who is behind this, and what can we do about it?
