Exorcism | Seperating Fact from Fiction - Part One

Exorcism, more accurately known as casting out demons, is one of those subjects that is met with intrigue and maybe some trepidation. Depicted in movies as otherworldly and sensational, much of the world has a distorted understanding of this vital ministry of the church. Many times, it is viewed with suspicion even within Christianity or used by flamboyant preachers to bolster their ministries. Most pastors in the pulpits across the Western world have no experience in this much-needed ministry today. In this series of teachings, I separate fact from fiction and give the Biblical evidence that deliverance from demonic power is part of the ministry of the church and how we, as his representatives, can operate in this authority. As believers in Christ, we need to know the truth about exorcism and become fully equipped to help those afflicted by wicket spirits that are now assailing so many in our modern rebellious world. We need to equip and train the next generation of leaders to operate in the fullness of God’s power.
