Texas Has Armed National Guard With Pepperballs to Stop the Incoming Onslaught of Border Jumpers

With the onslaught of freight trains of illegals heading to the US Mexican border, Texas has armed its National Guard with pepperball guns to deal with the problem. It appears that they believe the pepperballs will actually work as a deterrent with people who overwhelmingly eat spicy food with more capsaicin in their hot sauce than in the balls themselves.
