Congress cannot regulate abortions. We need to eliminate late-term abortions

I discuss that the Constitution does not permit Congress to enact a national abortion law. and how we need to work on eliminating late term abortions. Contrary to advocates, late term abortions are rarely effected to preserve the health of the mother or deal with babies who cannot survive.
