Students should be focusing on what's being taught in school, since their education gets put at risk of being lost to the void of distracting content on social media (and it's bad influences too).

As for vaping (illegally being supplied to students, you know what I mean), that has to completely be stopped and enforced. Confiscation (including disposal) and a call to parents can easily get this done.
