DAMAGE PROP-CRIM MISCH

So we have a New Yorker in Florida at his vacation home. He goes to the market to buy a few things and is triggered by a bumper sticker that says "Let's Go Brandon".

He thought no one would know what he was doing in the parking lot... Then the police show up at his house. He embarrasses himself in front of his wife, who had no idea what he had done.

The charge was 1st DAMAGE PROP-CRIM MIX - 1000 DOLS OR MORE Statute: 806.13 1b3 third degree felony.

He was released without bail after spending a night in jail, the case is still pending.
