The people of Newtownmountkennedy in Co Wicklow were back out in force on Sunday, April 28 2024 to say NO to government plans to insert an unspecified number of foreign men (the government call asylum seekers) into Trudder House without local consent or consultation. It comes after four protesters were charged on Friday with public order offences.
