I sat down with one of the best Bare Knuckle fighters in the UK for a podcast that really hit me.

Not only has this bloke been fighting all his life, destroying his opponents in one of the nastiest sports about - but he’s a fighter who suffers from Ulcerative Colitis.

Can you imagine having to wear a ileostomy bag while another man is trying to knock you out?

This man trained for war while making 20 trips a day to the toilet, not being able to eat properly, and still managed to take down some of the toughest men about.
