Chase Allen was a 25 year old sovereign citizen living in Farmington UT. Chase was introduced to the beliefs of sovereign citizens by his mother Diane Allen. In may of 2023 Chase was pulled over by a Farmington UT police officer and refused to cooperate. When he pulled a gun from the holster he was wearing he was shot by the police.
