Having received the coordinates of the target from reconnaissance units, the artillerymen promptly aimed the gun and fired a series of shots at the enemy neutralising AFU stronghold.

🎖 State awards were presented to distinguished artillery units for destroying AFU firepower. Soldiers received the medals For Bravery and of Zhukov directly on the front line.
