MONSTERS OF THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS

On this episode of "A Glitch in the Matrix," Jessica discusses monsters and cryptid encounters in the haunted Catskill Mountains with Bigfoot field researcher Charles Andrews of Catskill Mountain Bigfoot. Historically, the area has legends of gnomes, witches, werewolves, Sasquatch and giants.

It is said that the Catskill Mountains were once the home of a giant monster that fed on human beings until the Great Spirit turned it to stone as it was traveling to the ocean to bathe. The bones of the monster became a new mountain and rainwater filled the eye sockets, forming two lakes near the summit. So, there is no shortage of mystical creatures of the Catskills, and Charles has had many firsthand encounters of his own.

Charles Andrews is a Bigfoot researcher from the Catskill area of the Catskill Mountains located in upstate New York who has a Bigfoot research team called Catskill Mountain Bigfoot. They conduct field research on multiple family groups and the areas in which they inhabit. From October 2021 to October 2022 Charles conducted a year of full-time research minimum of 5 days a week which allowed him to work many different theories and hypotheses ultimately obtaining an abundance of knowledge and information retaining to the Bigfoot species in the Catskill Mountains.
