According to court documents, Mohamed Bakari Shei may serve his 176 days via work release or Sentence to Serve, a community project option for offenders who are considered non-violent. Shei attacked two little girls between the ages of 4-9. Despite his known access to little girls, #Olmsteadcounty #Minnesota Judge Jacob C. Allen granted him probation during the trial as well.
