Our lovable muppet monster, despite his demeanor, is not without a past. Wrongly accused of war crimes by the United Nations after a failed mission in the Vietnam War, Elmo convinces a Navy SEAL to hear his story and demonstrates the horrors that the UN has conspired to obfuscate.
