College of the Holy Cross hires Diversity OVER Production

These are my firsthand experiences working as an accountant at the College of the Holy Cross. Once a bastion of traditional Catholic values, I witnessed its transformation into a hub promoting a 'woke' ideology. Throughout my tenure, I observed a significant shift in hiring practices, where diversity metrics began to overshadow merit and productivity. By the end of 2023, this new priority led to the departure of many hardworking and intelligent employees who felt marginalized and undervalued.
