Multiple Ballots Received In Lincoln NE - Make Affidavit To NE Voter Accuracy, SOS & Sheriff

Ann found four multiple ballots in her unlocked mailbox which could have easily been accessed and taken before she got home from work! These ballots were for someone that didn't live at her location an she didn't know who the person was. Explain that one Wayne Bena!!
