Dr. Wallach spoke mainly about metabolic syndrome, the grouping or clustering of three conditions that contribute to cardiovascular disease: high blood pressure (annual cost $131 billion), obesity ($40,873), and type 2 diabetes ($342 billion). These costs are per person and cover only treating the symptoms! Dr. Wallach also addressed that plants do not make minerals, they can only utilize minerals from our soil to make amino acids, vitamins and essential fatty acids. Dr. Wallach also discussed Epigenetics, pica, the need for salt in your diet and the need to eat good foods. Becca mentioned that she lost one hundred pounds by concentrating on good foods, daily taking a Keto meal replacement shake (in place of a meal) and taking the 90 essential nutrients. Questions included: Is the rabies vaccine safe to give your dog, if your bone density is good, can you still have bone marrow issues, are oils in soaps safe to use, crib death, kidney stones vs. gallbladder stones and urinary problems with a 6-year-old boy.
