The Blackbird of Chernobyl
In this episode, we examine the Blackbird of Chernobyl, a legendary cryptid said to be present both before and after the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Meltdown. In April of 1986, an inexperienced team of operators were tasked with running a safety test at the Chernobyl Power Plant. Due to incompetence, bad decisions and design flaws in the control rods, the nuclear reactor exploded leading to the worst nuclear disaster in human history. During this time, a frightening cryptid was seen, and many believe this evil entity was responsible for the disaster. Find out the story in this episode as well as theories on this terrifying monster.
