A simple and easy chicken roulade recipe for holiday and family dinners
In this video we prepared a delicious and satisfying chicken roulade from legs with bell peppers. Chicken roulade is a classic dish that has its roots in French cooking. It is a piece of chicken meat wrapped in filling. The recipe is very simple, chicken roulade can be easily prepared by novice cooks.
According to our recipe, you will need chicken legs (4 pieces), salt, spices, boiled ham, bell pepper, garlic and parsley.
The preparation is very simple: separate the meat from the bones, pound it, salt, sprinkle with spices, rub with garlic, add chopped ham, bell pepper and, parsley, and wrap in a roll. Chicken roulade is boiled in broth, then cooled under pressure and served sliced.
