Lawfare waged against students practicing freedom of speech.

Alan Dershowitz goes on Hannity (wearing an Israel flag crossed with an American flag lapel) to kvetch about unruly demonstrations at Columbia University, asking viewers and students at the university to snitch to Dershowitz's team, who are drawing up targeted lawsuits to go after any students demonstrating against Israel/US foreign policy. Ostensibly, Dershowitz appears to be gearing up to file frivolous lawsuits (with unspecified charges) designed to financially drain, dox and terrorize protestors while also chilling free expression in the US.
"...we will learn their names, and we will sue every one of them. The District Attorney can't stop us from doing that. Civil suits are within our control, not within the control of the police department. ...we need the names of the evil-doers so they can be held responsible."
