Two courts cases today - one the sentence of Cliff Mitchell "The Devil" a police constable who raped a 13 year old girl and other victims, offences include kidnapping. The other case is Mohammed Adil - Terrorist related offence - but is it?
What is repugnance and how do we show it? What does it mean in law? Is protesting the bombing and killing of innocent people in Palestine showing your repugnance or rebellion. Are anti terror laws being used against legitimate support against another terrorist act? Is Israel committing terrorist acts and genocide? Was Israel founded on terrorism? These are legitimate questions BUT will I be arrested for asking them? Will the police - side with government policy rather than the law? Is it right the government can use oppression and suppression against the public showing their repugnance through rebellion? where does this stop?
