Here's a rom hack of Pokémon Crystal version, where you can catch all 251 pokemon without needing to trade. Also, you can run in this game. Since I went with cyndaquil in the last modified playthrough, which was Pokemon Christmas, I picked chikorita this time. Let's see how it goes!
