Originally from Canada and born in the 1970s as a Gen-Xr, her lifelong passion for collecting ghostly folklore led her to start writing and creating e-zines for The Curious Fortean blog in 2015. Behind the scenes, she played a pivotal role as Art Director and Graphic Designer in founding The Folklore Podcast in 2016. Melissa's podcasting journey continued in 2018 with the co-hosted Drawing Out The Spirits and later, in 2019, I successfully launched The Secret Door Podcast as a solo endeavor, running for two enriching years!
