Limited Run Games Mistakenly Sends Out CD-R Discs For Product Release

It may be an isolated incident, just D for 3DO re-release so far, but who knows unless buyers go against the nature of these collector's editions and open their games? So far, the only confirmed time this has happened is with the 3DO D game re-release, I am sure Limited Run Games will make this right with their fans
