#188 On the Run: A Man's Journey Walking on a Freeway to Escape Capture

This guy literally left his vehicle and decided to attempt to WALK onto the freeway, If that doesn't scream guilty lol. But as he got up the on ramp i guess he came to his senses and decided to turn around but that was NOT the end of his shenanigans, he then began to run all over the street like a wild geese and then somehow gets back to his vehicle just to take off fast almost running over some people and then catching a flat it seemed like as I approached him for the 2nd time that same night.
