Ayam Sambal Matah (Balinese shredded chicken with fresh shallot, garlic and chilli sambal)

Ayam Sambal Matah is one of my family’s favourite dishes. We usually make it using grilled chicken left over from an offering. We eat it cold accompanied by Balinese rice cakes (tipat)or steamed white rice 😋 I hope you enjoy the video 😊.
