For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
When fear arises we must rebuke it in Jesus name. We have to remember what 2 Timothy 1:7 says. We are not supposed to be afraid, we should instead give all of our fear and worry to God. He wants to take care of those things for us. We just have to choose to give it to God and not go back to the baggage you left. So just give all of your problems to God, whether it be fear, stress or any other issue. We just have to trust God will take care of it, remember God’ s Got It!
