Sirsky's stepson commemorates VE Day & President Putin's re-inauguration

The stepson of the supreme commander of Ukraine's armed forces joined and led the early commemoration in Sydney, Australia, of VE Day, as well as the celebration of Russia's President, Vladimir Putin's re-inauguration.
