Police RAID University of Chicago Pro-Palestine Encampment

Police raided a pro-Palestine ‘Gaza Solidarity Encampment’ early Tuesday morning at the University of Chicago, moving in around 4:40am to clear the demonstration that had been set up for over a week at the quad on the school’s campus

No arrests were made, and materials from the demonstration were removed within hours as the quad was closed down during the clearing operation. Protesters were allowed to return to the quad after tents and other materials from the encampment were removed
