If you've ever been to a Brazilian steak house you've no doubt seen or tried the Caipirinha, but how do you create your own at home? First, buy yourself a bottle of Cachaça because that's going to be the major ingredient. The rest is your basic recipe balance: sweet, sour, spirit.

Caipirinha
- 2 oz Cachaça
- 1 Fresh Lime (not juice)
- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
