Group of UFOs over Reno, Nevada

This video is quite different from many other UFO clips.

It shows a line of bright lights that seem to be following each other
from right to left and then left to right.

The lights of Reno, Nevada show a light spinning out of other lights to the left.

It almost insinuates that it is a portal of some kind and then the lights merge and split back toward the right, re-entering the portal and disappearing.

What do you think these could be?
