I've got news for you, Mr. X22 / Dave; The EBOLA VACCINE is already here and has been and is being administered. I posted a VIDEO about it, some time ago! Thus the question mark in the title, above. Will "flirt" not be enough, so ultimately releasing an EBOLA type of disease? According to Dave, China is conducting GAIN OF FUNCTION research (aka modification / mutation). Folks, this is part of the PALE HORSE plagues, within a plague!
