Water Fasting Causes Anorexia?

Whenever I post a picture of abnormally thin water fasters ( I use the word abnormally lightly) I get hit with the questions. Why do they fast so long they become anorexic? Are they anorexic? why would they fast if they are anorexic? Well, let's talk it out today!
