CANADIAN TOWN REQUIRES TOURISTS USE QR CODE TO LEAVE - RESIDENTS THEIR LICENSE

Fifteen minute cities are starting. Some islands in the Gulf of Lawrence are requiring residents to show their license to enter or leave, and requiring tourists to have a QR code to leave. This is the start on the North American continent, but won't be the last if people do not put an end to this.
