As a former resident of the golden state, I'll just say it: It's time. Past time really. For an intervention. This relationship between the people of California and the Dems just isn't working. The latest update on the high speed rail project and the cost should make it super clear. This is nuts. California intervention time. How much is this train going to cost? How much is even done?
