Bread Machine Garlic Wheat Bread | Adapting the Recipe for Stand Mixer

I have a lot of great bread machine recipes, but my machine is broken! :( In this video, I'm adapting a bread machine recipe for the stand mixer. It came out beautifully!

RECIPE (my version)
3/4 c warm water
1/3 c sourcream/plain Greek yogurt
1.5 tsp roasted garlic
1.5 c whole wheat flour
1.5 c bread flour
1 tsp sugar/Monkfruit
3/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. active dry yeast (or instant/bread machine yeast)

Add ingredients and stir together.
Knead for about 5 minuted in stand mixture.
Put dough in a greased bowl and cover with a light cloth in draft-free, warm area
Allow to rise for about 1 hour.
Punch down and shape into loaf. Place in a greased loaf tin, cover with cloth and allow to rise for another hour.
Pre-heat oven to 350 F and bake about 30 minutes, or until golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
