Couldn't be simpler! Mustard and ham rolls

Ingredients:
puff pastry - 250-300 g
mustard - 50 g
ham - 150 g
toast cheese - 140 g
mozzarella - 150 g
egg - 1

Sauce:
butter - 30 g
flour - 25 g
milk - 300 ml
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
mixed pepper - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
parmesan - 30 g

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 20 minutes.
