The prosecution against Trump seems to be in a bit of a pickle, as they struggle to prove any crime actually occurred. It's like watching a magician trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat, except the hat is empty, and the rabbit is off somewhere else, enjoying a carrot. They are grasping at straws.
