From One End to Another: Wisdom 8 & 9

Is salvation accessible, to one with no Wisdom? Since it takes Wisdom to repent of ones sins, to humble oneself, admit to being wrong, and to ask for forgiveness, I'd say it is quite necessary for salvation.
