Ingredients:
A full hand of spinach
350ml warm water
14g Dry yeast
7g Salt
100g Parma Ham
Olive Oil
Fresh Thyme

0:06 A full hand of spinach
0:26 350ml warm water
0:41 Blend well
1:01 720g White bread flour
1:29 14g Dry yeast
1:37 7g Salt
1:40 Mix all and open a well in the flour
1:49 Add half of the water
1:55 Start mix with a spoon (you can use yous hands)
2:03 Add more water as you mix
2:11 Keep mixing and use the all water
2:21 Now i will use my hands
2:48 If is too dry add a bit more water
2:57 Now the dough is smooth
3:05 Form a ball with the dough
3:14 Place the dough in a bowl cover and let it rest for 10 minutes
3:20 10 minutes after
3:25 A bit of flour on top of your board
3:31 I will knead the dough for around 10 minutes
3:54 Form a ball
4:02 A bit of flour into a bowl
4:06 Place the dough into the bowl
4:09 Let the dough rest for 2 hours
4:12 2 hours later has doubled in size
4:17 Take it off the bowl
4:26 A bit of flour onto the board
4:33 Let's flat down the dough
4:50 Add 100g Parma Ham
5:01 Let's roll it
5:12 Let's seal the edges
5:27 Place the dough onto a tray
5:40 Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
5:44 30 minutes later
5:48 Make a few cuts on top of the dough
6:05 Olive oil and fresh thyme
6:08 Brush the dough with the olive oil using the thyme as a brush
6:29 A bit of flour on top of the dough
6:37 Bake at 240 Celsius or 465 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes
