NY Belt Assault

Woman strangled by a belt while getting dragged in between two cars where she was assaulted.

The video was posted online with little information besides that it happened in New York.

Crimes against women continue to plague NYC. Just yesterday for example, a 17-year-old girl was stabbed in the neck outside a Queens subway station.

Her bag was photographed on the ground, ripped open. She was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
