Family of murdered Indy man offer reward, pleads for justice

The family of an Indianapolis man who was murdered last month is pleading for answers and offering a reward to help find the person responsible for his death. Tristan Twilley, 44, was shot and killed while leaving a barber shop near 34th Street and Keystone Avenue on March 30. Family members say Twilley was well known for his involvement in the community.
