His wife, Cheryl, is also an author and educator in the area of relationships and a gifted screenwriter. Craig grew up in Fort Frances, a small border town just north of Minnesota in Ontario, Canada. His parents, as well as other family and friends, still live there. The area is known for its beautiful lakes and nature. His mom and dad are now retired but were small business owners for decades, instilling in Craig the importance of integrity, work ethic, and service to others.
