NEW SKILL ALERT: Forward roll dismount & cast-push away dismount on bars!!!

New Skill Alert!!! Shout out to G! She's been with us for a while now, and we've really been working on building her CONFIDENCE!!! This is the first time she's been ok going upside down on the bars without a coach (let alone flipping!), and the first time she's been brave enough to go straight from the bar to the ground without touching the block on the way down. Go, G!!! We're so proud of you!!!
