This heart-stopping video shows youngsters risking their lives tombstoning at a notorious site known as Dead Man's Cove.
Witnesses filmed the daredevils performing high-risk stunts off Plymouth Hoe in Devon.
Footage shows the youngsters plunging 65ft into the sea close to rocks.
Simon Fewins, 44, a warehouse manager from Plymouth, Devon, was among a crowd of concerned onlookers on Wednesday afternoon.
