Welcome back to Batman: Arkham City! I finally face off with the Penguin, the freeze gun was no match for the jammer I made with the help of Mr. Freeze. But of course it wouldn't be that easy, Penguin has a real big surprise for us. After Penguin is defeated, we meet back up with Freeze to discuss the cure. And while he does have the cure created, it's not very stable and doesn't really work. So that's great, just what I wanted to hear, back to square one basically... unless?!
