Stir Fried Seaweed

Stir fry seaweed is a Balinese /Japanese fusion recipe i created using Green Glacilaria seaweed which grows just off Serangan Island here in Bali. By adding galangal and Japanese soy sauce it tastes even better and as always perfect served as a side dish to accompany rice. I hope you enjoy the video and the flavour 😊
