7. The twelve (centres) should be pierced successively through proper understanding of their (associated) twelve letters. Thus becoming liberated from the gross then the subtle, one by one, at the end (of its journey) the kundalini becomes Shiva.

How And Why?
With everything awakened, we have no brain power left to be in the outside world. Our focus in inwards and it is directed with all our energy.

Results
I feel Like me. Like I am finally and fully in this world. I can feel my body tingling. My third eye pulsing. And its focusing me. I am here in this moment and only in this moment. I feel like distractions come and I can override them more easily

Additional Info
I am gently forcing myself to stay in this form. Its very nice. But at the same time I can feel the resistance as I am not used to it. Although I have felt this feeling before as a kid.
