Jørgen Ryg får lov til at rase ud på alt og alle i dette tv-spil af Sven Holm. Han spiller pensionisten Arntsen der tjener lidt ekstra ved at køre ud med vasketøj. Arntsen skælder ud på alle især myndighederne som han mener forfølger ham, så en dag indtelefonerer han en bombetrussel.
