Times are changing...Fast

🧐Things are changing fast. Do something to protect yourself now before you retire.

1) Purchasing real estate or just keeping the home you have. Interest rates are over 7%.💸 If you recently bought a home, as I did, ❌refinance is not an option.

2) NEW CARS: Vehicle prices are far to high. Even used cars are extremely high. Pray your car doesn’t die. You can’t buy another reasonably, unless you take out a second mortgage.

3) Vacations: Forgetaboutit! The money you were going to us for vacation now pays bills.
4) Healthcare: Even if you have health coverage or Medicare, like me, the costs of coverage and care have skyrocketed. You need to be Bill Gates to afford to have a procedure.

5) Private schools or college: Forget an upper class school or university. Today’s cost makes it unattainable.
Retirement: Even if your retired like me, you will run out of money! I needed to find a job.

6) Investments or savings: They are gone. Yes, the market climbs but ALL investments are shaky at best. Do you want to play in the casino where the house always wins?

This is why you need to find multiple streams of income. Going back to work is impossible. 👉No one wants to hire a person over 55. You retired. I hear, (A) I’m overqualified. (B) You won’t stay at a job (C) Why did you retire if you still need or want to work? DO YOU GET IT YET?
