CIA target ‘TENSION ZONES’ with ELF WAVES to cause RIOTS, REVOLUTIONS & WARS

CIA & U.S. DoD USE MIND CONTROL (Artificial Super Intelligence) TECHNOLOGIES TO TARGET ‘TENSION ZONES’ TO CREATE RACE RIOTS, REVOLUTIONS & CIVIL WARS

Psychiatrist, Dr. Brock Chisolm, First Director General of the WHO, summed it all up when he said "To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their:

1. individualism
2. loyalty to family values
3. national patriotism, and
4. religious traditions (Christianity)

Television has been the driving force to brain wash the sheepish masses to get them to accept this global deception & manipulation.

By targeting large segments of a population at a time the American Shadow Government can bring about race riots, civil wars, regime change, etc., meaning Mind Control (Artificial Super Intelligence) can also be aimed at altering, replacing, or even preserving governments.

Such technologies can be used to create, infiltrate and/or amplify the destructive effect of protests, riots, civil wars, & other such conflicts around the world

Mind Control is now a central element of American Government PSYWARS and form the core aspect of all it's 21st Century modern PSYOPS, which now includes social, cultural, economic & political warfare aimed at decieving, manipulating & controlling entire populations

Various Mind Control technologies can now be covertly used to influence entire segments of a country's population with the central aim being to influence and reprogram, or REPATTERN, that populations value system, belief-system, emotions, motives, reasoning and especially behavior, such as to reinforce so-called nationalism, patriotism, etc., to generate separatism, and other radically subversive geo-psychological traits , to generate revolution, riots, wars, etc., with the transversality of such technologies now affecting people of different ages, beliefs & opinions to create fanaticized behavior of the masses inside these tension zones & all to the dictates of the American Government

The American Government locates & takes advantage of these TENSION ZONES as they develop in countries across the globe whose goverments are hostile or or were indifferent to American Hegemony & begins to target those crowds in the street, etc., who are engaged in such demonstrations, etc., with electromagnetic low frequency waves causing the crowds to suddenly become severely agitated, enraged, etc., to pitch them unwarily into a series of action & access sequences involving riots, violence, strikes, and so on, to destabilize or overthrow those goverments and/or their institutions

This allows the CIA to decieve & manipulate individuals & entire communities into some type of emotional response or into an action or access sequence for the purpose of achieving direct behavioral control over them

In the first Gulf War in 1991 many thousands of Iraqi soldiers surrendered with their arms raised & weapons dismantled stating ALLAH TOLD US TO SURRENDER AND DISMANTLE OUR WEAPONS. It was not their false god allah. It was the CIA mind control technologies

CIA & DoD Contractors (Cognitive Researchers) are using a 'fabricated or falsified stream' of electromagnetic low frequency waves to interfere with the victims memory and thought process

Once you become dependent (ie. you believe their impulse injections are your own) on the system's output (or they believe your responses to it are consistent) they will begin to fabricate 'subconscious responses' which they will pretend are indicators of honesty/dishonesty, positive recognition, anxiety, etc, and they will use these 'impulse injections' to convince you that the fabricated responses are your own

If you are unaware of this constant mental manipulation the system will begin to shape your thoughts and behavior. They will use this to [attempt to] restrict your thoughts and behavior by blocking [interfering with] your memory and thought process while these suggestions (injected impulses) are being provided - the interference is triggered & can be activated at will by the attackers

A computer multiplexer routes the signal - containing a hidden carrier frequency within this bi-directional stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves specifically tuned to the brain wave signature the victim - to a tower satellite or mobile platform and the tower satellite or mobile platform relays the signal to the digital receiver similar to how cell phone technology works. The digital receiver is then tracked & pinpointed in real time just like a cell phone because CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency mind control technologies depend upon timing and location. However with CIA/DIA mind control technologies the digital receiver is not a phone.
